Problem during random disconnections

I just got disconnected earlier and it went in a roll back of my inventory, and my location yet all my chests and stuff were normal along with my machines. I lost my quantum armor in the process as it was in a chest at that point where now the items are something else that were replaced afterwards.

You would think they would be in the chest or where you left them at that point in roll back but it was only my inventory, armor slots and location that got rolled back.

Is it possible for me to get my Quantum Helm, Leggings, Boots and Nano Body back?
